Fermented Foods Workshop @ Sweet Harvest Homestead, Saturday, May 6th 10-12
Fermented foods are incredibly nourishing for your gut health. Consuming fermented foods is an outstanding way to fill your body with nutrients, optimize your immune system and detoxify your body.
An excellent source of probiotics; fermented foods are not only nourishing but delicious too!
In this workshop, you will learn how to make kefir, kombucha, sauerkraut and fermented vegetables. Hands-on learning will take the mystery out of the process, and after this class, you will be making your own in no time
A delicious lunch will be served, and you will go home with recipes, a jar of each item we make and a full belly.
